Who we are:
Children are introduced to karate techniques in a playful manner! The clear goal is respectful interaction with other students and trainers. Children learn to cope with the increasing aggression in everyday life, preparing to engage in controlled combat, whether in competition or in everyday life in a figurative sense. They learn to control their “self” and respond objectively. Karate provides clear boundaries and structures, both technically and socially. This aligns with our club’s philosophy and the “Karate-Do” (the way of the “empty hand”).
